90-Days Return / Exchange Policy


At Furmiu, we stand by the quality of our custom clothing, offering designs that reflect your unique style. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, especially when it comes to sizing or preferences. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return and exchange policy.


Please Review Your Size: Before placing your order, please make sure to check the size guide available on each product page to ensure you select the correct size.


Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer simple returns or exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1.Contact Us: Submit a request through our customer service portal.

2.Return or Exchange: Provide the item name, color, and size for exchanges, or request a refund.

3.Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which is a flat $10 USD fee.

4.Condition: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in unused, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.


Important: Custom items (personalized clothing) are made specifically for you, so they are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or issue with the customization.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method.


Refund Process:

Timing: Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance. If you have completed all steps and still do not see a refund, please reach out to us.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized items (unless defective or damaged).

Damaged goods due to misuse or mishandling.

Products exposed to corrosive substances or harsh chemicals.

Hygiene-related products (e.g., intimate wear) or perishable goods.

Stock Issues or Incorrect Orders


If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we offer the following solutions:

Incorrect Item: We will send the correct item or issue a refund.

Damaged Item: If the item is damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a refund.


Please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with supporting photos, and we will process your claim.


Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase without any charges.

After 24 Hours: Cancellations or changes to custom/personalized items will incur a 30% restocking fee.


How to Process Your Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Reach out to customer service to initiate your return or exchange.

Provide Information: For exchanges, let us know the SKU and size you would like to receive. For refunds, our accounts department will process the refund once the return is received.

Prepare the Return: Package the item securely, including the packing slip. 

Ship the Return: Attach the return label to your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return safely.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which is a flat $10 USD.

Customized Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom clothing is not eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or issue with the customization.

Return Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for the return transit and 3-7 business days for processing after the return is received.
